🔁 Return & Replacement Policy

At DeltaFlow, we are committed to supplying quality products from reputed manufacturers. To maintain fairness and ensure efficient operations, we follow the return policy below:

Returns or replacements will be considered only under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered (different from order confirmation).

• Damaged product received (damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).

• Manufacturing defect acknowledged by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

• Buyer’s change of mind or incorrect selection of product/specification.

• Damage due to improper handling, storage, or installation by the customer.

• Products purchased under clearance, bulk discount, or customized orders.

• Items with broken seals, missing packaging, or used parts.

1. The customer must notify us of a return request within 24 hours of receiving the material via email and share clear photos/videos of the issue.

2. Return shipping will be at the customer's cost unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Returned material must be sent in original condition, unused, and with proper packaging within 7 days of approval.

4. Inspection and verification will be conducted before processing any credit/replacement.

• Replacements will be issued subject to stock availability.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15–30 working days after material inspection and OEM confirmation.

• For third-party manufactured items, we will not be responsible for warranty or return once the product is accepted by the buyer unless backed by OEM.
